Customized Battery Packs

Battery Voltage
Battery voltage is set by the number of 1.2V NiCad / NiMH cells connected in series(ie. 10 cells are required for 12V output).
Battery Capacity
Battery capacity is set by the cell size and can be selected from 30mAh to 10Ah.
Battery Design
The cells can be assembled in any configuration to best fit the available space and covered witha PVC shrink film, approx 0.25mm thick, to provide strength and electrical insulation.
Safety
Thermal fuses, resetting fuses, thermostats and thermistors can be assembled into the batterypack to prevent short-circuiting, over heating and to control fast charging.
